The innovative and advanced general contracting and construction company Conresta has built a six-storey modern residential building, featuring Class B energy efficiency, an underground parking, elevators and infrastructure for disabled people. The building is designed in an L-shaped plan with rationally-designed apartments, arranged from 3 to 5 apartments in each stairway, making a total number of 69 apartments, three creative studios for the residents of the building and administration premises on the ground floor at the main entrance.
